Tasks of the Bankruptcy Court
When companies or individuals (be them married or single) are no longer able to maintain their financial debt or proper payment of bills incurred, these are the type of situations where the bankruptcy court steps into place. They provide valuable resources and information that can be obtained for free, helping to educate citizens on how to avoid bankruptcy and how to file for bankruptcy if there are no alternatives available.
