Benefits of Using State Court Records
By Andrea Stark • Apr 7th, 2008It’s not always easy to know if someone is telling the truth to you or not. The desire to make a good impression sometimes clouds the true facts behind them. But if you are considering being associated with this individual, you need to know the whole truth, whether they told you directly or you found out through another source. Nonetheless, it can have a huge impact on you.
As an example, it is not uncommon practice for a friend to ask other friends for a loan in a situation of necessity. Most of the time you’ll know if you are able to trust them or not, you might be shocked to find you friend under such a heavy load that if you were to make a loan it is almost surely never going to be repaid. So knowing if a person has filed bankruptcy once or multiple times, perhaps even discovering a tax lien on their home or other assets could prevent you from a terrible loss.
